Privacy policy

This policy explains how OLD NO PTE. LTD. ("we", "us"), the business behind Karrot Gold, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you visit our website or order from us. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Your name, mobile number, email address (if you give one), delivery address and any delivery notes, when you place an order.
• Your order details: what you bought, the amounts, and your delivery date and time slot.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by email.
• Basic information about how you use our website (pages visited, the device and browser used), collected with cookies (see below).

We do not see or store your card details. Card and PayNow payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe.

How we use it

• To prepare, deliver and support your order, and to contact you about it.
• To keep records required for accounting and tax.
• To improve our products and website, and to measure how well our advertising works.
• To send you news and offers, but only if you have agreed to receive them. You can stop these at any time.

Who we share it with

• Delivery partners (for example Lalamove), so your order can reach you.
• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment provider and website hosting, under their own confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and advertising

Our website uses cookies from Google (the Google tag) to measure visits and which adverts lead to orders. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.

Orders through other platforms

Orders placed on TikTok Shop are also covered by TikTok Shop's own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for accounting and tax (generally up to 5 years), and then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

• You can ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you.
• You can withdraw your consent for us to use your data (for example for marketing). If you withdraw consent for data we need to deliver an order, we may not be able to complete that order.
• We protect your data with reasonable security measures and limit access to people who need it.
